71 st anniversary of the glorious liberation revolution
As part of the celebrations commemorating the 71st anniversary of the outbreak of the Glorious Liberation Revolution, Oran Port Company, headed by Mr. Hadji Mohamed, CEO of the Company, organised a special celebration yesterday evening to mark this precious national occasion. The ceremony was attended by the border police, customs authorities, civil protection services, and Algerian Islamic Scouts, as well as port executives and workers, in an atmosphere imbued with national spirit and pride in belonging to the homeland. The event included the reading of the 1st of November statement and the Fatiha prayer for the souls of the noble martyrs of the liberation revolution. The national flag was raised and the national anthem was played in honour of the sacrifices of our heroes who liberated the country from colonialism. Ships and tugboats in the port of Oran sounded their horns in celebration of this glorious historical anniversary, in a solemn and symbolic scene. This celebration was an opportunity to renew the pledge to continue the march of construction and giving, and to draw inspiration from the values of the revolution in the service of the new Algeria.
